איגל פורד שייל: עולם של הזדמנויות בדרום טקסס

The merger of our company Rosetta Resources (Rosetta) in 2015 enriched our portfolio new territories with high potential in Eagle Ford Shale in south-central Texas.EagleFord

Eagle Shale Ford is a structure that contains oil and natural gas in a shale strip extending from the lower margins of the Rio Grande River in the northeast, parallel to the coastline of Texas. Our activities focus on 35,000 acres in the southwestern part of this configuration, with the office extension located in Dili, Texas.

We are realizing the potential in this region by planning improved wells production systems to create access to additional layers within the Eagle Ford. The three wells production systems planned by Noble Energy are among the most productive wells ever completed in the Ford Eagle, and we continue to improve the performance of these properties by examining and improving efficient production systems.

Focus on safety

As part of our commitment to the safety and continuous development of our teams, our ground crew in the United States recently used our first-of-its-kind mobile training class for the Igal Ford Shale production team.

EagleFord Safety TrainingExperts in the field, in collaboration with the local team, developed a curriculum that included classroom study alongside practical experience to suit the special needs of the place. The team used a trailing practice training unit in the field to demonstrate, practice, and enhance the performance of essential tasks for operators. A brief guide will then be used to identify risks, strengthen training, simplify and streamline work practices.

Thanks to the curriculum, the South Texas staff can apply and understand the best practices, and develop new skills for continuous improvement of field activity.

Building relationships in the local community

In South Texas, we establish relationships with community leaders and examine how we can contribute, deepen and expand the community relationships Rosetta developed and nurtured before the merger. We see our engagement as a long-term commitment and identify local initiatives that match the areas of social investment we aim to focus on: community health, local environmental projects, education development and workforce training.

Noble Energy contributions to FFA and 4-HOne example of this is our ongoing domestic support for FFA (Future Farmers of America)  and 4-H , two of the largest youth training programs in the US The acquisition of livestock raised by local youth and auctioned at local livestock shows for young people enriches foundations Local scholarship This is just one way we work to inspire the next generation of community leaders and encourage learning, active participation, agricultural education and personal growth.
